Leadership Structure & Staff

A traditional Japanese system

The Sensei is the leader of the school and the team and has complete authority over the entire organization. Teaching comes from the Sensei down, and all coaches and advanced students take part in helping to teach the etiquette, principles, and techniques the Sensei determines.
